The Thwoosh support team is here to help! If you're having a technical issue, have feedback for our platform, or any other thoughts, we want to know! Sometimes you may be able to find the answer to your problem in the FAQs. However, when that is not the case, in order to help us get back to you in a timely manner, please follow the instructions below.

For the Subject Line, use the following format, or our support system may not mark your email appropriately:

Then, in the Body of the email, describe in as much detail as possible: when the issue occurred, how you were using the platform when the issue occurred, and if helpful, any pieces of data (username, store name, etc.) which will help us recreate the issue, or screenshots that show what the issue looks like.
