not mark your email appropriately:

Then, in the Body of the email, describe in as much detail as possible: when
the issue occurred, how you were using the platform when the issue occurred,
and if helpful, any pieces of data (username, store name, etc.) which will
help us recreate the issue, or screenshots that show what the issue looks like.
